NO SHOW & CANCELLATION POLICY
SEDANS & SUV: Cancellations less than 3 Hours prior to the pickup time, a charge of $70.00 {SEDAN} & $110.00 {SUV} plus applicable taxes and/or other fees applies, for hourly services a minimum of 2 Hrs plus applicable taxes and/or other fees applies. Out of Town pickups cancelled less than 5 hours prior to pickup time, the full charge will apply, for a no show or cancellations on site, the full charge will apply.
 
Sprinter Vans 14 passengers 
Up to TWO WEEKS prior to pickup date, no charge. Less than TWO WEEKS prior to pickup date, a charge of $350 plus applicable taxes and/or other fees applies. Less than 72 Hours prior to the pickup time the full charge will apply, in the case of hourly service, a minimum of 4 Hrs per vehicle plus applicable taxes and/or other fees will apply.

Please follow this procedure to find your Signature Maple Tours at Toronto Pearson Airport: Proceed to the commissioner pre-arranged Limousine stand Terminal 1- Area ” A ” Terminal 3- Post 1 to 7 Give the commissioner your last name and request that your Signature Male Tours vehicle be called in. Any problems do not leave the airport CALL 416-569-6612!!! 

All rates and confirmations are subject to audit after order completion to include actual
tolls, parking costs, additional stops, and additional overtime hours, etc. Specialty
vehicles (stretch limousine, Sprinter Vans, Mini Buses, Coach Buses, etc.) are subject
to a minimum number of hourly charges (varies based on vehicle type, lowest number
of hours being two). Point to Point reservations have a 10-minute allotted grace period
at pick up time (except airport arrivals) after which waiting time charges begin. Waiting
time is billed in 15-minute increments to the next 15-minute interval. For airport arrivals,
we provide a 1 hour grace for international arrivals and 30 minute grace for domestic
arrivals. After the grace period, waiting time charges will apply. For private FBO arrivals,
the standard 10-minute grace period applies, after which waiting time charges will
apply. Please note we are unable to track private flights and require notice for any
changes.

, failure to do so will
result in a billable cancellation.
Clients and (or) members of their party are responsible for any damage and (or)
cleaning fees that may be incurred during the use of the vehicle, including, but not
limited to, spilled liquids ($100), cigarette burns ($500), vomit ($300), broken glassware
($50), upholstery tares (or) punctures ($1000) & exterior damage ($1000-2000) (e.g.opening door into object). Signature Maple Tours Inc. and it’s Affiliates are not
responsible for lost, damaged or stolen items left in the vehicle.
CHANGE POLICY
Signature Maple Tours Inc. requires that all changes be received by phone or email (changes cannot
be made with drivers) at least 90 minutes prior to pickup for all orders and are subject
to availability. If a change cannot be accommodated & results in a cancellation you will
be charged in full for the order. Round trip orders must be changed as two separate
orders. PLEASE NOTE CHANGES DUE TO AIRLINE DELAYS ARE STILL SUBJECT
TO THE 90 MINUTE TIME CHANGE POLICY.

Should you need to contact us or make any changes, they will only be accepted
by phone call or email.
Please do not reply to the automated driver notification text messages as they
will not be received by the driver or our dispatch team.
SMOKING/ALCOHOL POLICY
Smoking Cigarettes/Marijuana is NOT ALLOWED in ANY vehicle – This includes all
vape-style smoking devices. Failure to comply with this policy will result in a Cleaning
fee up to $500.00. A workplace vehicle, a vehicle used by an employer or employee to
conduct any type of work, is an enclosed workplace under the Smoke-Free Ontario Act
(SFOA). This means that smoking is prohibited in workplace vehicles 24 hours a day,
seven days a week, just as it is prohibited inside of an office building. Alcohol is not
permitted in any of our vehicles at any time. This includes all specialty vehicles as well
(such as stretch limousines, vans, buses). Driver has the right to terminate the transfer
should the passengers be found with alcohol of any kind.
